In this course the student learns how to operate the Lincoln Electric Power Wave 455M Welder coupled with the FANUC Robot ARC Mate 100iB.
You will learn the safe operating procedures for operation of the Robotic Welding Station. How to correctly and safety operate the FANUC R-J3iC teach pendent controller. Understand how to navigate the controller software.
This is an instructor-led hand-on class at the end of which students will be expected to demonstrate power-up, jogging and initial set-up. Error and fault recovery options will be covered in the course. Prior to beginning this class, students must complete the FANUC foundational training module
VRTEX 360 training – learn how to use the virtual reality arc welding training simulator
which supplements and enhances traditional welding training.
